Reflexiones desde la ley, sujetos y contextos
Esta conferencia-foro, especialmente pensada como un espacio que se propone evidenciar y tratar de comprender algunas de las paradojas a las que jóvenes, docentes y profesionales de las Artes se enfrentan cotidianamente en los contextos educativos del nivel medio y superior.
Posee por pregunta central de las reflexiones: ¿Qué significa formar artistas en y para el siglo XXI?
Y por preguntas vinculadas: En relación a las artes… ¿Qué tiene derecho a saber un joven antes de elegir su carrera profesional?, ¿En qué radica la diferencia entre formar artistas y formar docentes?, ¿Qué deben saber, mínimamente, un artista y un docente del siglo XXI antes de recibir su titulación?
Así este espacio es el tercero de los cuatro que el proyecto de investigación Educación Artística en el nivel posgradual contempla en su cronograma para el año 2017 y se propone tanto fortalecer-integrar redes entre diversos agentes nacionales e internacionales de la educación, como producir espacios de libertad social en los que sea posible reflexionar de forma conjunta acerca de la labor cotidiana que realizamos agentes e instituciones de la cultura y la sociedad en general y las posibles vías de cualificación y mejora de los procesos educativos. Adicional a ello el evento promueve la circulación de libros de carácter gratuito, cuyos contenidos permiten pensar la pedagogía del arte desde valores culturales específicos.

- Aida Sánchez de Serdio (Barcelona- España): Educadora, investigadora y trabajadora cultural en los campos de la cultura visual, la educación y las prácticas artísticas colaborativas. Es doctora en Bellas Artes y ha sido docente en la Unidad de Pedagogías Culturales de la Universidad de Barcelona /UB de 1998 a 2014, y en la Universidad de Umeå (Suecia) entre 2014 y 2015. También imparte docencia en el master oficial “Artes visuales y educación, un enfoque construccionista” y en el programa de doctorado “Artes y educación”. Formar parte del grupo de investigación “Esbrina - subjetividad y entornos educativos contemporáneos” UB. Ha sido profesora visitante en la Universidad de Lisboa, Goldsmiths College (Londres), Universidad de la República (Uruguay), y Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (Suiza), entre otras. Ha escrito numerosos artículos y capítulos de libros sobre las conexiones entre arte, educación y cultura visual. También ha colaborado en proyectos educativos y culturales como la Asociación para jóvenes Teb, Artibarri, Prácticas Dialógicas (Museu Es Baluard, Palma de Mallorca), Transductores, Zones de Contacte (La Virreina Centre de la Imatge, Barcelona), Pedagogies de Fricció (Fundació Joan Miró), Centre de Cultura de Dones Francesca Bonnemaison, etc.
- Bernardo Bustamante Cardona (Medellín- Colombia): Artista Plástico e investigador de la Arte-educación y la Educación Artística en la Sociedad del Conocimiento. Docente Universidad de Antioquia con estudios de maestría en Educación. Ha sido docente de intercambio con las instituciones: ECOLE SUPERIEURE D´ART DE LORIENT. Francia; UNIVERSIDAD INDUSTRIAL DE SANTANDER y UNIVERSIDAD FEDERAL MINAS GERAIS, Brasil, entre otras.
Co-creador y coordinador del Congreso en Educación Artística-Colombia, Coordinador de los Encuentros de Experiencias Significativas en Educación Artística (Medellín 2009-2015). Universidad de Antioquia. Impulsa la formación del grupo de Investigación Arte-educación en la Universidad de Antioquia (Colombia), y participe del grupo de Investigación Arteversa en Brasil. Ha escrito textos en los que reflexiona en torno a la Emergencia del Campo de la Educación Artística en Colombia.
- Mayra Lucía Carrillo Colmenares (Bogotá-Colombia): Es Investigadora y Pedagoga del Arte en el campo de las Didácticas Específicas de las Artes Plásticas y Visuales con énfasis en Educación Superior y Patrimonio Cultural. Es Magister en Historia y Teoría del Arte. En 1997 siendo becaría de la Embajada de España se desempeñó como Docente Auxiliar en la Universidad de Castilla la Mancha. En el año 2002 recibe por parte del Concejo Superior Universitario de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia una mención por Docencia Excepcional al obtener el más alto puntaje de evaluación docente en la Facultad de Artes. Fue co-creadora del programa de Artes Plásticas con énfasis en Dibujo de la Universidad El Bosque y el programa para la formación de docentes en Artes Visuales de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de Colombia. Ha sido docente investigadora invitada de la Universidad de Barcelona (2011), de la Universidad Federal de San Juan del Rey -UFSJR (2014) y de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de México (2017), entre otras. Ha escrito numerosos textos en los que da a conocer los resultados de sus investigaciones.
Roberto Fajardo (Ciudad de Panamá- Panamá): Realiza sus estudios Universitarios en Brasil, Universidad Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. UFRGS. Licenciatura en Pintura (1985), Dibujo (1986), Postgrado en Historia del Arte (1990), Maestría (1994), Especialización en Docencia Superior, Universidad de Panamá (1997) y Doctorado en Artes Visuales (2005). Ha merecido varios premios en diversos certámenes de Arte y desarrollado una intensa labor docente en varias universidades y centros de arte. En los últimos años desarrolla investigaciones en el campo de la Semiótica de la Imagen lo que le lleva a dictar conferencias, participar y publicar en países como Argentina, Perú, México, Brasil, España y Panamá.
Como artista ha realizado exposiciones individuales y colectivas en Panamá, Brasil, Nueva York, Washington y Moscú. Ha sido Vicedecano de la Facultad de Bellas Artes U.P. y actualmente es Catedrático del Curso de Artes Visuales y creador de la Maestría en Artes Visuales de la Universidad de Panamá.
